Keith Lim is a seasoned finance executive
with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, renewable energy, and infrastructure investments across Asia. As CFO of Equator Renewables, he oversees the Group’s finance functions, including corporate finance, project equity structuring, and project-level funding.
Previously, Keith served as CFO of Sunseap Group, one of Asia’s leading solar energy developers, where he played a pivotal role in securing both equity and debt financing for the Group’s solar portfolio. Following Sunseap’s acquisition by EDP Renewables (EDPR), Keith served as Director, Consolidation, Tax and Finance at EDPR Asia, where he led group reporting, tax strategy, and post-merger financial integration across multiple jurisdictions in the region.
Earlier in his career, Keith held senior roles in both listed and privately held companies across a range of industries, and began his professional journey in assurance services. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
